The band stuffed and shrinkwrapped this release themselves, and decided to offer "a free single" in each album. Of course the singles were not by Vomit Launch, but were old juke box singles the band had acquired.

After a session on October 12, 1986, Lindsey, Greg and Larry went to a show The Farm. Returning to their car they found that Lindsey's Memphis-brand guitar, Larry's ugly, headless Arbor bass and various effects pedals and such had been stolen.

"I remember this album as being recorded overdubbed and mixed over two weekends. I think we spent less than $500 on these sessions, and we rushed ourselves and Greg Freeman so much that little mistakes (like Steve's missed beat and the word "dumpter" in "Swelling Admiration") were left in to save time! Nuts." -LC
